Okay, so these were taken a couple of weeks ago and I am just a slacker when it comes to updating the blog. Peyton got this cute little sled from his Grandpa Russ and Grandma Debbie. Then, his Grandpa Doug and Grandma Debbie got him the snow attire for Christmas. Needless to say he is well prepared for a snow day. We went up to Grandma Laine's house and tied the sled behind the four wheeler and Grandma pulled him back and forth down the drive way. Peyton loved it! He kept saying he wanted to go agian and go faster. He looked so comfy in the little sled I thought that he was going to fall asleep. After the fun in the sled he enjoyed walking around the house with my mom and I finding icicles. It was such a fun day!

I am not a THIEF!!!

I had to go grocery shopping today. I am so sick of the alarms at the stores I thought I would blog about it! Everytime I walk IN or OUT of a store the alarm sounds. I have been told it is my cell phone. So, I leave my cell phone behind and the alarm still sounds. I have also been told that there must be a sensor in my shoes or coat that never got deactivated making the alarms sound whenever I walk through the door. So, I have tried wearing all different shoes and no coat and the alarm still sounds. It must be something in Peyton's shoes or coat right? Peyton stays home with dad I run to the store wearing sandals and no coat in the middle of winter and guess what, the alarm still goes off! It wouldn't bother me so much if people noticed it when I walked in, then obviously they would know it will go off when I walk out, right? It is like everyone is totally oblivious to hearing it when I walk in. But when I walk out everyone hears it and stares me down and asks to look at my receipt and in my bags. Okay, no big deal I didn't steal anything I don't mind them doing their job and double checking my stuff. Unless I just barely walked IN past that same person who checks my receipt when I leave. Didn't they just hear it go off when I walked IN the door? Am I the only person that this happens to? What is making these dang alarms sound everytime I walk through the door? It is starting to get really old every time I go to the store I get treated like a thief! UGH!!!!

Christmas

Wow! Christmas came and went so fast! Peyton got so spoiled! Santa even brought him a new 4-wheeler! It was so much fun to watch him and see his excitement!

Ginger bread houses

Every year my mom goes to my brother's house and makes Gingerbread house's with her Grandkids. this year Peyton was big enough to join in on the festivities! It was so much fun! We started off the day by going to "Breakfast w/ Santa" Then we went back to Matt and Tiff's to make the ginger bread houses. After that Matt took Peyton and his youngest, Amy Jo, outside with him to do chores. He took Peyton to see the goats. Then, he caught the turkey and the rooster so Peyton could pet them which was pretty funny. After all that excitment Peyton got to ride two horses! Quite an eventful weekend for a 19 month old! -- I will have to show you the pic w/ Santa later because I don't have it yet.

Christmas spirit

Just thought we would share our Christmas spirit with everyone. We got our tree and our lights up on our house.

It is all that Peyton can do to not pull stuff off the tree, he always looks at it w/ his hands behind his back to avoid the temptation.

Cool hat!

Peyton never has liked to wear hats. When Jake put his hunting beanie on Peyton, he loved it and wore it around the house that night for hours. He would walk by us and say "cool hat". Then he would go about his business and walk by again "cool hat", that is all he kept saying. He's pretty silly.
